Yes, the Paradise Herbs formula that I use is both the Goldenseal and Echinacea. I had him use 2 twice a day for 2 weeks and he laid off upper body exercise during that time to prevent re-inflammation. You may need to take a week break then have another 2 week session. It is also okay to do 3 week sessions, but you must take at least a one week break when using these herbs to ensure continued effectiveness.
