I don't mind being specific. I'm out of the closet, LOL. I'm a support worker for adults with learning difficulties, supporting them to live independently, rather than in residential care. I love the job and the people I work with. And I very rarely smell now. Strange isn't it? I don't know if it's other life changes that I've made that have helped me. I know that eating an orange does seem to help. Sounds crazy doesn't it? Like a 'lucky feather', but the orange, I put it down to vitamin C, does help. I also drink kefir, which is a wonderful probiotic. I also do EFT, and I also tell myself that I am wonderful, and I believe it. Seems to be working and doing the trick. I still do have some times where I want the ground to swallow me up, but those times are rare now. There was a time when I just did not want to live, so I know the agony of it all.
All the best to you badattitude. By the way, are you going to have a name change?
