I just moved into I home built this year and it has well water. Here in florida the water has bad sulfer problems to the point that a water aereator has been installed to degass the water. If you have a home built well water is thebest though, just dig as deep as you can afford, get TANKLESS hot water heater and you should be good to go. With tank style water heaters the elements cook the sediment like lime and iron that settles to the bottom. Tweet
