I know what you mean. My significant other looks at me like I'm crazy. "Why don't you go to the doctor and let them give you something." I went to the doctor for diverticulosis but I decided I would attack this one myself. Therefore, 2 flushes out of the way, I have past about 500 stones and I'm feeling better. In some ways I am alone because I feel like I am going to be judged because of taking the mixture. So, I do it in private.

Good luck with the process. It really tastes bad but as the others said, you are doing something for YOU.
