What you need to do is go back and read what I did when I was completing my 5th flush. Look upon this as a "ME" time. Be selfish about it. Think about all the positive things that will come out (no pun intended-Ha) of this in regard to your body. Go out and buy YOU something. Read that book you have been meaning to read. Tell your husband (if married) he can fix his own supper. Tell your kids (if any) to get themselves something to eat and assign them a job to complete. Get my drift? This is ALL ABOUT RICKI!

I know what you mean. My significant other looks at me like I'm crazy. "Why don't you go to the doctor and let them give you something." I went to the doctor for diverticulosis but I decided I would attack this one myself. Therefore, 2 flushes out of the way, I have past about 500 stones and I'm feeling better. In some ways I am alone because I feel like I am going to be judged because of taking the mixture. So, I do it in private.

Good luck with the process. It really tastes bad but as the others said, you are doing something for YOU.
