My Arthritis seems to be osteo which is frustrating as the medics always argue that cartilage has poor healing properties unlike the rest of the body. It started in the feet and I was told this was because I'd walked improperly for many years but then it started to affect my fingers a little and lately wrists. back is bad too although this hasn't beed DXed as osteo. It's just a puzzle though: I've cleansed resonable well over the years, exercised well. I'm 44 now. I think those of you that pointed to a mental state were quite wise. I AM unhappy but haven't a clue how to get out of it. Work is constant, kids demanding and money always tight. Can't seem to maintain friendships like I did when I was young.

Whats a guy to do?! Thanks again for all your comments. Appreciated.
