Is anyone else noticing that aside from unaswered questions of how/who/when/why
the AARP people do what they do, some of the responses thus far suggests it's a wonderful thing especially if you happen to be over 50. For myself, I'm not all that crazy about methodology for inventoring assets in human flesh. Receiving a personal greeting by somebody wishing to alert me that they have a pretty good idea how old my flesh is does not change my feelings in any way positive. Plain and simple, old people (note: in the vernacular, not psyop ;) represent a potentially massive lobby with a two-fold track record in the context of aarp - 1)they tend to produce a large and varied assortment of demands of their USA Inc. Representatives, 2) and cast votes as their aging conditioned minds deem accordingly.
