Duh this can be confusing!! Help me pull it together please...

I'm trying to prepare for my first liver flush. I was going to try the coromega approach but am thinking of going a more traditional route.... Clark flush I think.
I did my first colon/ parasite flush last Feb. for 1 month using Colonix. I just ordered some Parastroy. Can I start taking the parastroy now then do the Liver-Flush in a week or so? If I'm taking the Parastray do I need to still take the Black-Walnut ? Or should I wait until after the flush and then take the Parastroy? Sorry to be so ignorant.
