Sorry I can't answer all your questions, but maybe some. Barfoot on this forum has a webpage and store and sells a pre cleanse kit, with everything you might need for bowel?kidneys and liver. One of the things in the liver cleanse is called lecthin, a vegetable based product that rids liver stones . I plan on getting some myslef as I done The Clark Flush and felt nausious even though I did get stones out. Oh and ozonated olive oil is when you pump ozone (o3) through the oil. This penetrates the shells of some stubborn parasites, parasites don't like oxygen, they are usually anearobic (survive in no oxygen environment). You don't need ozonated oil, that is an old recipe.
There are different protocols the liverflush also cleans out parasites. I would first do the Liver-Flush so when you do the parasite cleanse the dead parasites, if you have any, don't clog up your liver. You don't need the walnut.
Just make sure that you follow the waterdrinking method of Andreas Moritz . Keep drinking water after 2 pm up till 20 min before the ES and again 20 min after the ES.
Sometimes people got dehydrated because they stopped drinking at 2 pm.
