I'm vegan and have been on the candida diet since May...
I eat lots of veggies, mostly raw or sauteed with coconut oil, garlic and ginger. For protein, I eat almonds, macadamia nuts, brazil nuts (have been making fabulous brazil nut butter at home), flax, sunflower and pumpkin seeds, tahini, high-protein grains such as quinoa, buckwheat and teff, as well as small amounts of beans (usually I make into a dip with raw garlic, fresh herbs, olive oil). I can't overdo it on the beans, though...
I also eat lots of avocados, lemons/limes, unsweetened cranberries, and olives...
