Yesterday I ate mostly veggie. Had a regular sized can of peaches (rinsed to get rid of the sugar), 7 fresh strawberries , a handful of almonds at 12:00, 3 eggs scrambled with tofu cheese for lunch, then an apple in the afternoon with a swig of Odwalla chocolate protein shake for my sweet tooth. I'm a grazer by nature so its not like I sat down and ate everything at once. I felt like I had swallowed a sponge from 1:30-6:00...what was THAT? I was too full to eat my romain in my fridge... Should I be concerned with food combining? For dinner was a nice salad with tomatoe, avocado, boiled egg, carrots and a light smattering of snow crab and a little balsamic vinegrette dressing on spring greens. I once again, felt like I had eatten a sponge and was a little gassy....ugh. I only had room for 1 liter of water all day. My urine was bright yellow and really pungent in the morning and by 1:00 it was almost clear and odor-free, staying like that for the rest of the day.
By 8:00 last night I felt fine. THis morning, I don't have a hungover feeling. Feeling pretty good, actually. I'm scared to death I'm going to start bloating back up...
