I've completed plenty of flushes, over a 100.
The stones are bile and they could easily form overnight. Why not? After all they melt after about ten minutes at room temperature. They disappear as quickly as they are formed.
People have had their stones analysed to reveal that are they are constituents of bile salts and cholestrol. Doesn't change anything, it's bile.
