i think the vegan diet is based purely on carbs. Carbs are addictive.
Your body converts pure carbohydrates to sugar, and bombarding your system with these foods everyday will make your pancreas
work overtime to produce insulin - and wearing out your pancreas
will lead to diabetes.
SO i REALLY don;t think veganism is a good idea.
I also read from reseachers that vegans and vegetarians age faster.
