Hi all! Need some advice. Have been changeing my diet around for years and lost about 50 lbs. I eat mostly low fat meats (fish/chicken)and veggies. I've also tried raw diets for a week here or there. Dairy ruins my digestion. I have stopped losing weight and need to boost my metabolism. I am very muscular and lift weights. I think I can pull off the veg diet but worry about muscle loss and the ability to build muscle while losing weight.
I also have several friends who are vegan and say the lifestyle would help with my sweating and b.o. I guess they smell the meat on me. Please give me advice, I'm also interested in colon cleansing.
