At what point were you able to reduce you thyroid meds? I have done about 28 flushes, and so far no reduction, only increase!! :(

However I think I have deep liver congestion, since childhood.

Did you just notice, faster heart rate etc, and decide to go down a level in your meds?

I self regulate mine, but am still waiting for this miracle to occur!
