6PM 19 ES Capsules with 1C organic apple juice

**Drank lot's of water between ES dose's and oil does just not 20 min before or after**

8PM 18 ES Capsules with 1C organic apple juice

10PM Juice of 1 lemon, 1/2 C Olive Oil, 5 oz., Classic Coke
8 L-ornithine, 4 HCl

**Laid on right side for an hour**

**Slept through the night**

6AM 17 ES Capsules with 1C organic apple juice

8AM 16 ES Capsules with 1C organic apple juice



1 hour after taking first ES capsules in the evening I began going to the bathroom. I believe lot's of food left over's were expelled in the evening.
In the morning the liquid was much clearer. I expelled hundreds of bright and dark green stones ranging in size from pea sized to lima bean size. This surprised me as I have been taking Julia Changs stone dissolovers, my only thought is they must have been much larger prior to being expelled. I also had many stone casings and mush. Dark brown and tan small stones like gravel and some white foam and white/yellowish cauliflower looking thing floating on the top. Some very tiny red dots and black dots.

I am very refreshed today with energy. Last 3 flushes I was very lethargic, emotional, depressed,somewhat moody and at times angry??? along with being very low on energy. Looks like I'm picking up in this department.

I was able to keep the oil down! :) and did not feel queasy whatsoever.

I will continue to flush until i am stone/gravel free.

Around my 4-5 flush my sinus opened up and my ear's.......they were severely congested prior to this.
Around my 9th flush my labs came back greatly improved. Everything is in the normal range except my thyroid. My thyroid medication was reduced.
My skin has been clearing up. No more cystic acne. If I have a occasional break out it clears up right away and it's no longer cystic. I'm still battling with my weight but will continue to flush until this is no longer an issue. As my body continues to heal it will eventually not be an issue.

Recently purchased the http://www.zumba.com package.....look's like a ton of fun and a great way to exercise and get in shape. Also, something that Hubby and I can do together.......it's one way to teach him to dance! LOL

During the last 3 years I have not remembered one dream or of dreaming at all. Since my 10th flush I am not only dreaming and remembering partly but also in FULL COLOR!!!
