Re: to 77777
Dear 77777,
I know how frustrating it is when you eat healthy and don't see results. It just makes you wanna go out and binge on all the fast food, donuts, and cookies out there doesn't it? Most everyone I know eats the typical american diet: processed food like cereal, ramen noodles, frozen meals, candy and the occassional trip to fast food restaurants. But understand that everyone is unique. Our lips are vulnerable to this condition when we are not leading a healthy lifestyle (body, mind, spirit). Some people are vulnerable to heart disease, hair loss, skin conditions like eczema, ect. We look at people and they APPEAR healthy but with an unhealthy diet, most people will eventually succumb to some sort of illness. That's why I don't mind eating healthy anymore...healthy food taste great AND it's good for you! Yes, I miss junk food once in a while but there are always healthy alternatives. And one day when I'm healed, I want to be able to eat more freely again like Invincible: a basic
healthy Diet with the occassional junk food and trip to restaurants.
I've been eating extremely healthy for the past 3 months and though my lips have improved, they are not cured yet. But I have FAITH that they will heal. My diet is continually being altered so that I receive the best nutrients to allow my body to heal. At the same time, I'm walking, doing yoga, connecting with my family members, and staying busy with work. It's a rollercoaster ride of emotions: depression, frustration, anger, sadness but also I feel determination and hope. There have been so many testomonials by people with all sorts of illnesses who have cured themselves naturally...why not us?
It's only been 3 months since I started this journey towards natural healing. I wish I could go to bed and wake up to realize this has been all a nightmare but now I know it takes TIME. I'm still learning everyday, and it's important for us to look at other people's success stories because they obviously did something right.
