the 108 booklet was the reason for the web site, the 2006 version is more sthan 108 pages; if you have not read that, then your still missing much of the website, BUT, you surely would have an idea by now on what the general clean ups are and until your dad decides to learn and apply, you may not get too far with his health. Just buying products or telling him is OK, but rarely does much. For those situations the spice formula is the best all in one.
