I used cayenne and hawthorn berry and it was pretty effective... before that, and immediately, I used a couple bottles of cardio essentials purchased from http://www.mercola.com. Although the product worked very well, I thought it expensive to continue and chose the hawthorn berry and cayenne in addition to dietary and lifestyle adjustments.
I also used Celery in juices and as part of meals. I also drank red clover teas.
No apnea that I was ever aware of. I did used to snore, but do not any more.
