Yes...180 is way too high!!! Celery juice 2 or 3 times a day is very good for
high blood pressure....it doesn't even have to be much juice and they can put it
in with apple or carrot. Also SLOW DOWN, do some walking daily... and lose a few pounds if weight is an issue.

That is way too high...and going up and down isn't good either...weakens the walls
and can cause aneurysm...kathryn
