Thanks Hannah and Molly!! I am going to try this last alternative and I won't wait too long. I almost put her down this morning but ask to be with her during euthanasia. The vet said he doesn't advise it for my sake because the cat will gasp for air and he also said he might have a hard time finding a vein on her so I might not want to see her. I thought when cats were put to sleep they fall asleep and never wake up. When they die naturally they gasp for air, somehow I thought it was different. I know its quicker and they don't suffer as much but I didn't know they gasp for air. I don't know I don't want her to suffer but I thought I would try this one last thing. Bless her heart she still purrs and kneeds me with her paws. Her eye looks bad though and I don't want to always have to force feed her. I know that is no way for her to live. Just pray and hope this works!!!
