How does one overcome the thought of not eating every again delicious cooked food? I do enjoy eating fruit, veg nuts and seeds etc., but seeing as I have just started I can't help my mind chattering on at me about tasty hot food. Does it get easier staying strictly to a raw vegan diet, or does the chattering get worse? Also I find oddy enough, that the diet is constipating, yet with the feeling that I need to go all the time. Any answers please. Perhaps it is because I have jumped straight into eating raw from a really bad diet.I would be very interested in other peoples experience eating raw vegan for a long period of time.
