I understand the difficulty of trying to control a problem but the drug creates another. It's most likely that you are reacting to the drug and chiropractic along with any other alternative therapy most likely won't get to the root cause of the problem. I was on Nexium for my stomach issue and had crushing headaches. It didn't happen all of the time, but over time it got more frequent. I never put it together with the nexium. Finally I was watching TV and a commercial came on for Nexium and it mentioned headaches as a side effect. I stopped the Nexium and have been radically better ever since. I had tried all kinds of things to stop the headaches and nothing worked until I stopped the drug. Ultimately I've discovered alternatives for gut healing - number one being that I'm no longer drinking acidic water.
I personally agree with the folks who have posted already. I realize sometimes it's necessary to do something in the short term to keep a life threatening problem under control. The long term strategy for a healthy life without side effects is to get to a healthy weight, remove bad fats but eat good fats, cut down or even out refined carbohydrates and sugar, exercise, and if it's relevant (it is to most folks) deal with your stress to get it reduced or to cope with it better.
