I wrote John that I had decided not to buy the Synergy since it was not calibrated. he answered me the following:

Ours is calibrated without the variable knob included. You would vary your ozone levels via the flow of ozone going through the machine. Just the same as many other more expensive units. We only add the variable knob for those who wish to decrease the production of ozone.

Is there something still missing now, may be how do you tell how much ozone flows through? Tweet
