Where are their numbers on how many darker skinned people that have skin cancer?

Why don't they talk about the people who USE sun screen and still get cancer as opposed to those who dont weher sunscreen?

How come skin cancer did not exist before the existence of SPF?

I could never trust what "some research" says...sorry. I'm an educated reader who always looks for holes.
