Wow... I just posted about my daughter on this post (the 19 mo old). Hers is a little bit raised. Yours is definitely much higher and protrudes out. I can definitely relate with you with the frustration with doctors. Maybe try a holistic dr or go to a different dermalogist center. Try googling and click on the "images" on google for raised bumps so maybe you will find a name for whatever you have.

Let us know if you find out what it is!
