Re: Please help me.

Just found this post and WOW ... you poor thing to have to have gone through this!

I used Bloodroot Paste on four moles, three on my face (I posted pics on day two) I was absolutely petrified when the area started to swell and my tiny moles turned huge, white and inflamed! ... Thankfully, the swelling and green/white mass slowly started to heal and now I have small pock marks and not much scarring.. but I also broke out in red bumps and hives all over my chest, neck and face .... at first I thought I had poison oak but now I've realized it was a reaction from the Bloodroot.

I think Jerus, that you also had an allergic reaction to the Bloodroot paste.

For anyone else thinking of trying this, I don't recommend this treatment. The results are unpredictable and very damaging to healthy skin.

The Bloodroot/Zinc Oxide does affect healthy normal skin. If you get it on other areas, it becomes inflamed as well and pustules form leaving scars and craters.

The pus that comes out, in my opinion is your white blood cells trying to eject the formed scab that was your mole.... I don't believe that cancer is being 'pulled' out by Bloodroot. I believe it kills your cells and then your body tries to fight the foreign object (now dead cells)and that is where the infected looking areas come from.

Unless you are confident that your moles are cancerous and have had a biopsy, I wouldn't dream of recommending that anyone use this for cosmetic reasons or vanity. No way. And even if they are cancerous, I would definitely get a few physician's opinions before self diagnosing and treating your moles.
