I just had my first taste of P&B shakes and I just couldnt get it down. I think its the P componant that I really find hard to tollerate. Although the fact that the mixture had the consistancy of wallpaper paste didnt help much either... It was like trying to drink phlegm! I am wondering if I used too much psyllium? I wasnt sure if I had powdered or whole husk so I used a tablespoon just incase...
Tell me - is it normal for P&B to set in the glass just moments after being mixed up? Any suggestions as to what I can do to make P&B bearable? I used water to mix. I am thinking juice would be much better although Im currently avoiding juice because of the Anti-Candida Diet, agh!!!
