For me it is the opposite, when I feel sluggish, especially after having company and eating more and drinking wine, I do a flush.
It perks me right up. For me a flush is now simple, no prep or anything, do it often in daytime, since it easy when my stomach is empty in the morning. I have done a total of 50 flushes in the last 4 years and now do it only when I feel sluggish.
