HOLY MAN!

I finished my cleanse on the 30th. and it went so smoothly. i followed it to a tee as well. coming off was and has been brutul! food wasnt sitting with me i kept gettingan extremly sore belly. On the 8th i was in so much pain, and i threw up for a day and a half until i started throwing up blood. I finally took myself to the hospital and turns out i have an ulcer to! the doctor felt it was from the cleanse to. I am now so mad at myself for doing the cleanse. Even though it went great and i felt great i am now in all this pain at 20 where i cant even be with my son during the day. I am so glad to know i am not the only one!
