Re: Hemp oil results, Day 1

All of these things are different from the "regular" experiences of Olive Oil pulling, yes!  I know - wow!

One, i have been pulling while on the raod during the day, as many as five times in a row. i have noticed brightness and calm while doing this. a great adjunct to driving.

The brightness is something new for me.  The calm was a different quality.  There's calm but ready to jump into action, then there's what I've been experiencing all day today.  Calm, ready to think things through, then think about action - but no jumping!

Two, i had thought about cold oil before. a difference of over 50 degrees from body temp will draw toxins to it. this would jump start the pull for sure.  Maybe you could let the oil warm up to room temp before using it to see if that is the difference.

Since Hemp Oil is supposed to be refrigerated until used, I think I'll pass on the warming up.  Not to mention, I'd have to leave it out overnight, since I'm up at 5am to get ready for work.  Might put a kink in things if I tell them I'm late to work so I could wait for my oil to warm up.  ::grins::

Although, we should be able to tell some of these kinds of things with Coconut Oil, since it *can* be refrigerated and melts at 76 degrees.  It doesn't take long to melt in your mouth.  Of course, when Coconut Oil is cold, it's also a solid.  Hemp is still liquid.  Hmm.

 Happy swishing!!
