acne

i really want to start to oil pull again as i have heard it can help acne, i have tried oil pulling for about a week about a month ago or more, the only thing is i got a big cyst come up by my mouth, i wasn't sure if this was caused by the oil pulling bringing toxins into the mouth ? so i am a bit scared to try again. i was using sunflower oil.
