bad breath is chronic

i have it for 15 years, nothing helps 100 %

I use peroxide, it helps but it is not a cure, i still have bad breath

the problem is deeply rooted so it is not just brushing teeth, btw i brush 3 times a day, floss 5 times a day so I am really clean

any other suggestions

what if i drop silver into my sinuses with drops?
