Can the Aranizer NS5 also Ozonate water?

If not, what do you use for water? I've got a cheap $60 Enaly for water. I need something for my bedroom.

What technology does the Aranizer use to make the ozone? Does it produce any nitrates ? I can't find anything on their site regarding this.

Air-Zone says their products produce zero nitrogen oxides.
