I am sorry to hear of your conditions. There are numerous
excellent health protocols that 'could' help you. The
trick is discovering what exactly it is that your body
needs. Clearly you have honed in on oxygen, which we all
need in abundance. And certainly an ozone air purifier
would be beneficial to us all. But is there something that
is even more beneficial to you at this moment? Possibly.
By starting on drinking ozonated water, you will begin to
start getting some ozone into your system. That's an
excellent start.
But it sounds to me like you need to get your body healthy
again so that "your body" is able to utilize available
oxygen on a day to day, moment by moment basis. I can't tell
you what to do for your condition because I'm not a Dr. and
there are laws about such things.
However, if I were in your condition (which sounds like a form
of anemia), I would look at doing the following things:
- Start immediately drinking the ozonated water on an empty
stomach (starting with one glass a day and increasing up to
as much as 8).
- Purchase some MSM from msm-msm.com in powder form (a pound
or two). Start by taking 1/16 teaspoon a day for several
days. Even at this level a person can have a strong reaction.
Wait until the reaction subsides and then increase to 1/8
teaspoon (if the person gets no reaction increase in a couple
days). Keep increasing slowly in this manner until the person
gets up to 6 to 8 teaspoons per day (which could take months).
- Purchase some Oxymune or Hydrogen Elements Plus. Start with
one drop in a glass of water before each meal. Work up to 8
drops per glass before each meal.
NOTE: ozonated water serves a slightly different purpose becuase
it is a super oxidizer to burn up toxins. The oxymune or HEP
helps oxygenate your body over a 6 to 12 hour period.
- Buy some fresh flax oil (refridgerated in a dark bottle) and
daily eat a mixture of 1/2 cup of low fat cottage cheese with
2 tablespoons if flax oil.
- During this restoration process, avoid all saturated fats (which
should be easy if you are a vegatarian), and indefinitley avoid
ALL unnatural processed fats. Only eat pure healthy fats like
olive oil, coconut oil, fish oils, etc.
- Try to get some sunshine daily.
- Colloidal copper has been shown to help the body uptake iron.
It's worth a try. Make sure you only take the manufacturers
daily recommendation and not more. I know the owner of an
excellent colloidal copper on ebay (Optimum-eHealth).
- A good broad-spectrum mineral supplement would be good.
- And a good complex B vitamin if a person is avoiding meat.
- When you feel strong enough, do a series of
Liver Flushes (but
be careful doing them too soon if you are weak).
I'm certain that a person in your condition would feel renewed in
a matter of months doing these things. Please keep us posted on
