What you are describing is post nasal drip, and it is coming from your sinuses. Oil pulling really helps clear your sinuses, so keep it up. In my experience with chronic sinus infections, when I have a bacterial sinus infection, I get oral thrush. It is because candida is actually antagonistic to harmful bacteria. I'm a huge believer in that candida is often the body's attempt to comabt harmful bacteria, and you first need to get rid of the underlying infection before you can get rid of the candida. So keep oil pulling, and consider doing sinus rinses with a little grapefruitseed extract added to the water (just a few drops, it's strong stuff!)
