sticky mucous in esophagus and back of throat

Does it feel like all clingy, hard to clear, makes you gag to try to get it out? and hard to tell where it's coming from?

I've been having this (above) sensation all summer. Like I would go and excercise and it still wouldn't clear out! I almost vomited in the middle of a road bike ride trying to clear it!

Late summer I noticed I developed oral thrush (but I didn't know what it was) and so I have diagnosed myself with the yeast overgrowth.I don't know if the two are related but it would be interesting to keep tabs on this.

I have been doing oil pulling, which seems to alleviate this condition, albeit after an "onrush" of mucous initially, both from sinuses and bronchii. The lungs seem to clear out and not cling

best, baba
