Re: sticky mucous in esophagus and back of throat

It feels like I've got a loogey stuck in my throat. I keep trying to swallow to get it down but it doesn't go down. I was thinking it was some kind of mucus that has been moving up and down my throat because sometimes I don't feel it and sometimes I do. When I wake up in the morning I can sometimes see thick mucus stuck to the back of my throat but as the day goes on it seems to go away and that feeling gets worse. I've actually pulled some of this off the back of my throat and it's really thick and sticky. How can I go about cleaning my throat. Drinking hot liquids and stuff doesn't seem to work. Tweet
