Re: How can we be so sure

Again, I come to the subject late, but again I feel I have something to say.

I researched the subject, none stop, for four days, about 10 hours per day, reading late into the night, and noted literally thousands of positive comments on UT. During the time I researched, I came across a small amount of comments that were negative, and suggesting less than healthy results. Some suggested that persons doing such a disgusting thing were sick, and should seek help. Nothing was given by these 'qualified' persons, who declined to offer any suggestions why they thought as they did, nor give any reference to back up their claims. Many of the negative comments were worded exactly the same, suggesting that one source for the complaint existed, and others with nothing better to do, passed it on.

How I am sure? Easy, without having time to change anything else, I can now go for long periods, without discomfort, without pains from rashes, sores or spots, and without the fluttering of my skin, that was driving me crazy. I do not eat particularly healthily, though I am trying to improve. The UT has given me some new kind of awareness, and I truly wish to get healthy. I have gotten rid of the fake foods, I can no longer eat them - they suddenly taste gross. So, that is how I am sure.

I do not doubt that anyone spending just four hours, in front of the computer using search engines wisely, would find sufficient information, with references, to give them a good knowledge base to work with decisions concerning UT.

It goes without saying, I am totally supportive of this therapy, and do as was suggested later in the thread, by taking periodic 'samples' during the day, and I have discovered that at times extremely loose stool results - I was suffering from painful constipation immediately prior to the loose.. I regard that as a benefit. Tweet
