Half a cup in the morning it's quite alright; just be sure you drink the 'mid-stream' urine only.
It means that you let it flow for a few secs, before collecting urine..
This is to wash off any accumulated bacteria, in the 'tubes', from so many hours without kidney movement...
Also try drinking 1/4 of a cup, everytime you pee, during the day, to reinforce and balance the effect.
**Just be aware:
Drinking it right before, or right after a meal will cause a couple of loose bowel movements; Not quite diarrhea.
