i am not doing it for weight loss.i am supposed to b 125lbs for my height.but i look sick at that weight.so i prefer to be around 130.i want to keep it like that.
my main concern is gas buildup.as i said before i always had peoblem if i miss breakfast or meal.Now since i started Master-Cleanse its worsened.i dont know what to do?has anyone had this problem? what should i do?
