I am on 2nd day of MC.& when i weighed myself today i weighed 3lbs more than i was before starting MC.I am not doing it to lose weight.i want to point out somethings about my regular diet.
* i am lacto vegetarian.& have been folowing a good balanced diet for atleast 2years now.
*i have a tendency to build up gas when i skip breakfast or any meal & i usualy weigh more during those time.
*yesterday was 1st day of MC.i went to #2 3-4 times after salt water flush.drank about 8-9 glasses of lemonade & went to #1 just once !! Is this normal?
what concerns me is am i retaining water or building up gas.is it a good idea for me to continue with MC. Please someone answer.
