edit--- PS if you really are *just* trying to save a few bucks, buy any old wolfberries. But you should know that pesticide use is rampant in China. Even if that is not a concern, after learning more about the whole subject, you may not want to participate in this 'name confusion' , given the implications, and what one might actually be contributing to, out of sheer unknowing...
