You can become very dehydrated by avoiding carbohydrates for even a few days and if you dont get Sugar into your blood then you may experience what you are experiencing. My experiece, candida should be balanced by still allowing sugars and carbs into your diet, just at a much lower level. I think the mind of many people on this board think carbs and sugars should be off limits and this is dangerous thinking. cya
