flu virus/antibiotics and now extremely ill.

Hi, I have had a recent very bad flu virus, the worst I've known. I had it for weeks and ended up with a bacterial infection and was not recovering from it. Finally and for the first time with any flu, I went to a doctor and got put on antibiotics. I was on 1 tablet, three times a day for about a week. Since all this, and I do not know what to attribute this to (and I'm already not well anyway), but I have absolutely and totally crashed. My health is up the pole completely and I am suffering now from the worst exhaustion I have ever known, to the point I feel drugged, half asleep and do not trust myself to drive a car anymore. I'm aching around my shoulders, back. My tongue is swollen (don't ask me why, I don't have a clue), and I want to sleep all the time. Plus I am depressed and have no interest in anything. I have been weepy and crying for NO reason over anything. Do these symptoms ring a bell wtih anybody here? And do you think it was the flu virus or antibiotics that brought this on? i just CANNOT get on top of it. I usually do eat a pretty good diet, I avoid sugar, yeast, gluten grains, milk, fruit, potatoes etc. But I have been cheating lately too, however, since this flu and antibitoics, I feel totally annihiliated. Anyway, any comments/advice would be great. Thanks in advance.
