I have been staying up too late/sleeping in too late. I know I need to start hitting the sack earlier.
As far as the whole "not eating breakfast" thing, I'm not sure I agree with that. I go in and out of being a fruit for breakfast person, and a no breakfast person.
Of course, I'm not waking up early, and I'm not doing anything taxing, so it's not like I'm putting a big demand on myself. Anyway, this is the one I find the most debatable, but I will take it into consideration. If I do eat breakfast, it will only be raw fruit, perhaps fresh juice or a smoothie, maybe some barleygreen powder.
