An all fruit diet will work for some people but not for everybody. It didn't work for me. You mention Sugar cravings, which could indicate that you don't metabolise carbs very well, and in that case I would be very careful with an all fruit diet. For me it worked very well during the first 3 months or so, but then I started having problems with high blood pressure, nervousness, high blood sugar... I think that for a lot of people, fruit works very well for cleansing, but not as a permanent diet. Try it yourself and see what it gives, but don't stick to it fanatically if it doesn't work for you.
