Re: Hot/cold hydrotherapy

"The first law of natural healing is linked with allowing the blood to circulate."

Just a thought; I would imagine that lymphatic circulation is the other half of that statement above AND I have always felt/thought I have had poor lymphatic system circulation as a part of my problems since the beginning.

The edema could be caused by an imbalance of minerals I suppose. I have been rebounding 20 minutes a day 5 - 6 days a week for almost a year, skin brushing for 6 months or more, doing everything I can think of to keep the flow :-)

I am still doing Watermelon Seed Tea three days a week, but have been considering cutting it back to 2.

I did the hot cold shower thin this morning. To tell you the truth it was not that bad... better than the straight cold showers I have been taking :-)

How much ACV in a bath full of water?

I wonder if I should back off the use of sole for now?

Another interesting thing of note is that my left foot swelled up more than my right and my left knee has for the most part always been the worse of the two.

Thanks again Maya,

grz
