5th day Re: Wrapped my knees

Well, I do believe something is happening but had some doubts this morning when I woke up with my knees a little bit more painfull than the last few days... still better though.

But, I did get up and around at work better, and the stiffness eased up some as the day wore on. This may have something to do with leaving the Castor Oil film on my knees instead of cleaning it off today.

I have not tried the Willards water yet, and may not be able to for a few weeks. But will keep on keepin' on.
