waiting the 90 days before trying Humaworm Parasite Cleanse

Dear Humaworm,

In reading some of your posts, it sounds like I will need to wait until the 90 days are up before trying the Humaworm cleanse as I've been cleansing for too long consecutively with different products. What do you think about the following plan?

over the next 3 mos.:

- use the Humaworm colon cleanser for 3? mos.
- eat garlic, onions, sage, thyme, ginger, cloves, and cinnamon everyday (I'm assuming these don't need to be more than say 1/4 tsp. each but please tell me if otherwise)
- take the 600 mg. Milk Thistle twice daily (I also drink the tea)
- take no other parasite herbs during this time, but I am considering taking flax seed in a bowel cleanser formula as it works better for me than psyllum husk..
- eat a normal diet until the 30 days prior, then move to a more vegetable, juice and salad type diet with more juice fasting 2 weeks prior
- then at 90 days, take a double dose of the Humaworm for 30 days.

Please let me know if you think I should make any changes to this. I want to get this right. When I'm successful the rest of my family will try this.
